This Friday, Claudia Preserves He had a special guest on his show, the cook and TV host Virgina DeMaria. Conserva was moved to remember the nice gesture of her friend during her battle against breast cancer. On this occasion, both shared endearing moments of their friendship of more than 20 years.
“I am too happy and it makes me want to cry… I want you to know that with Virginia we know each other in a very casual way and we have always been aware of each other. Maybe we don’t see each other that often, but we worked together for many years in Canned Chicken, ”said Claudia, recalling her relationship with Virginia.
“Talent comes out of her pores and she is capable of doing anything: cooking, knitting, making necklaces, books… she flew with her own wings because she had everything to do it,” added Conserva, highlighting the qualities of the chef.
“During this complex year that I lived, one of the people who was always attentive, and who every Monday sent me a sourdough bread that she baked the night before at her house, was Virginia,” Clau revealed.

“It was heavy because Clau got sick and, like all close people, we highly respect your secrecy. It was something general, but I needed a way to show you that she was with you, that we were thinking of you, ”Virginia expressed to him, also excited.
“Claudia stole all my meals when we worked together, so the best way to be with you and know that I was with you was that,” explained the chef.
In addition, DeMaria was moved by seeing the documentary where Claudia shows her illness, how after a hard day at the hospital, Clau came home and enjoyed a delicious homemade bread.
