Information regarding sending Kazakh military equipment to Russia is not true. This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
“Information regarding the alleged shipment of Kazakh military equipment to the Russian Federation does not correspond to reality,” the ministry said in a statement, TASS reports. The Ministry of Defense clarified that the equipment sent to the Russian side has nothing to do with Kazakhstan.
The ministry stressed that the country introduced a ban on the export of military equipment from August 27, 2022. The restriction also applies to the present.
Earlier, a video showing the transfer of military equipment from Kazakhstan began to circulate on social networks and telegram channels. According to the caption to the footage, it was transported to the territory of Russia. Later, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation denied this information.
