CJ Stroud and Nico Collins continue in big plan – Houston Texans

With his performance on Sunday against the Jaguars, star Collins broke that mark.

Nico caught 12 passes for 151 yards against the Jaguars and reached 489 yards in the four games this season, clearly surpassing Hopkins’ mark.

Collins is extraordinary and much of his success clearly has to do with quarterback CJ Stroud.

The relationship on the court between CJ and Collins is something special. The way they connect is amazing and what must have opposing defenses worried is that this is just beginning. Nico and CJ will surely continue to improve as the season goes on.

Stroud once showed his great maturity in what was another great game for him.

CJ led the Texans in closing the game to victory by making great plays with his legs and arm.

Stroud looked good against Jacksonville completing 27 of 40 passes for 345 yards and 2 touchdowns. In the game Stroud once again demonstrated that with the score against and time running out he can operate the offense with efficiency and forcefulness.

Houston also showed it has depth on the roster.

In the absence of running backs Joe Mixon and Dameon Pierce, Cam Akers and Dare Ogunbowale appeared, the latter with the touchdown that gave the Texans the victory late in the game against the Jaguars.

This coming Sunday the Texans have the opportunity to once again face a strong team in the Buffalo Bills and after the experience in Minnesota DeMeco Ryans will surely have his team prepared.

The Bills have weapons on both sides of the ball and will be a difficult nut to crack, but the Texans continue to progress and let’s hope that the visitors find the best version of the Bulls. Let’s go Texans!
