CIVIL War, which tells the story of a civil war in the United States (US) in the future, remained at the top of the Box Office following grossing US$11.1 million.
The film produced by A24 stars Kristen Dunst, who plays a photojournalist who covers various parts of the US as they try to reach Washington to interview the president who is serving his third term.
Focusing on the violence and horror of war rather than political issues when California and Texas formed an alliance to fight the central government, this film is considered successful in uniting the red and blue states in the US.
Over two weeks, the film Civil War earned a total of US$449 million, making it one of the most successful A24 films of all time.

Second place is occupied by Universal’s new film, Abigail, which earned US410.2 million.
This film tells the story of an unlucky kidnapper who kidnaps Abigail, who turns out to be a murderous vampire.
This remake of the 1936 film Dracula’s Daughter stars Alisha Weir.

Third place was occupied by Godxilla x Kong: The New Empire, which grossed US49.5 million.
Guy Ritchie’s latest spy film, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, ranked fourth with US$9.
The film, which tells the story of operations carried out by British special forces during World War II, stars Henry Cavill, Eiza Gonzalez and Henry Golding.
The fifth position is occupied by Sony’s animated film Spy x Family Coe: White which earned US$4.9 million. (AFP/Z-1)
