Civil service access competition: “All files which are not compliant will be invalidated”

The Minister of the Civil Service wants to be clear, non-compliant application files will be invalidated. Julien Yombouno announced it, Wednesday November 15, 2023 in the program “the government listens to you” on RTG.

In two weeks, 140,013 candidates have already registered, a figure significantly higher than the need expressed by the State. “Even in the most developed countries, humans will always intervene for the final judgment because if someone wants to cheat, for example on their age, by creating a new extract, it will catch up with them in the verification by the validators . There are 28 ministries that have expressed the need for 70.103, so some ministries will have sub-competitions or ad-hoc competitions that are not considered in this requirement. I take the example of the MATD which organizes an ad-hoc competition for territorial civil servants who do not appear in this data. That of information and communication will also do the same thing,” said the minister.

Regarding the slowness observed until now in the processing of submitted files, Julien Yombouno clarified that this first validation is only provisional for the moment. “What people must also understand, there are four documents which must be examined carefully to determine that all the information which appears on the documents including the certificate of residence, the diploma, the identification document is compliant. What must be clarified is that all files submitted which are not compliant will be automatically invalidated. We must also not forget that this first validation is provisional, the real validation will be when all the diplomas will be authenticated by the ministries of higher education and technical education.
