The National Center of Meteorology expected, in its report on the weather today (Wednesday), that moderate to heavy rains will fall in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, starting today, and continuing until next Friday 5/1/1444.
The Civil Defense revealed that, according to the forecasts of the Meteorological Center, the rains will include the holy capital, Jeddah, Rabigh, Taif, Jamum, Al-Kamil, Khulais, Al-Laith, while the Civil Defense called on everyone to take caution and stay away from the valleys, streams of torrents, dams and water pools, and abide by its instructions. He prayed to God to make it rain of goodness and blessing, stressing by saying: “Your cooperation is our goal… and your safety is our goal.”
And the center had expected that the opportunity was still ripe for thunderstorms preceded by active winds in parts of the heights of Jizan, Asir, Al-Baha extending to Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and the coastal parts of them, as well as the regions of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Hail and the northern borders, while it is not excluded that fog will form in hours. Night and early morning on parts of the northern borders, Qurayyat, Tarif, and the coasts of the eastern region.
