Citydrive billed me for damage that wasn’t my fault

So my time has come to say goodbye to CityDrive, although I drowned in front of everyone for this company.

The matter went like this:

At 15:38 I booked a car, at about 15:50 I started the rental, I stopped at the first opportunity, at 15:55 I reported a flat tire for the first time in the support chat (active rental no more than 5 minutes). Drove literally 100 meters.

Then I contacted the operator and reported the problem, but since I was not in the green zone and could not complete the lease. To which the operator offered me, if possible, to pump up the wheel and take the car to the green zone. I contacted a friend, after about 10 minutes he drove up with a compressor, pumped up the wheel and already on pumped up the wheel of the car was re-parked in the green zone. After that, he again contacted the operator, who assured me that nothing terrible had happened and even added that I should write to their mail about a request for compensation for the rental time.

It took about a day and CityDrive billed me for 17 thousand. rubles, allegedly for a damaged tire, arguing this with only one photo of a flat tire, on which there are no damages (I note that the tire was examined by me and visually it was intact).
