Two people from Salzburg, 18 and 22, wanted to use a taxi in Taxham on Sunday night. After initially agreeing, the taxi driver (43) then refused to transport the duo, who were, according to the police, very drunk. The angry 22-year-old then kicked the taxi and jumped onto it.
The taxi driver got out and held the 22-year-old to wait for the police who had already been alerted. However, the 18-year-old “helped” his 22-year-old friend – then they both attacked the taxi driver with punches and kicks. The 43-year-old was taken to hospital injured and the thug duo were reported.
In Hallwang on Sunday at five o’clock in the morning, a passenger (21) also attacked a taxi driver (50) and injured him. The 21-year-old then fled. The 21-year-old’s data could be determined from the taxi bill he paid with a debit card, which was seized near the crime scene along with a cell phone.
