Manchester City drew with its host Newcastle 3-3, during the match that brought them together in the third round of the English Premier League, which also saw Leeds beat Chelsea 3-0, and Brighton beat West Ham 2-0.
Manchester City’s goals were scored by Ilkay Guindogan, Erling Haaland and Bernardo Silva in the fifth, 60th and 64th minutes, while Newcastle’s Miguel Almiron, Calum Wilson and Kieran Trippier scored in the minutes.

Manchester City raised its score to seven points in second place, while Newcastle raised its score to five points in sixth place.
In the second match, Leeds blew a big surprise and beat its Alex Reed Chelsea 3-0. Leeds advanced with a goal scored by Brendan Aronson in the 33rd minute, and Rodrigo added the second goal in the 37th minute, before Jack Harrison scored the third goal in the minute

In the third match, Brighton beat West Ham 2-0, and Brighton scored Alexis McAllister’s goals in the 22nd minute from a penalty kick and Leandro Trossard in the 66th minute, and Brighton raised his score to seven points in fifth place, with a goal difference behind Manchester City, Leeds United and Tottenham, while the West Ham is without credit at the bottom of the standings.
