Removing the peel from citrus fruits removes the bitterness, resulting in refreshing, flavorful water.

1 orange

1 citron

1 lime

2 liters of water

Peel the three fruits raw, slice them thinly and place them in the water. Keep cool all night. Fill the water bottles just before your outing.
