The son’s friend and godmother came up with the plan

According to the spokesperson for the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) of Luanda, Fernando de Carvalho, at the time of the presentation of those involved, the barbaric act was properly planned by the friend, from the recruitment of the gang members, the purchase of fuel , the introduction of these into the residence, as well as information regarding the assets that the victim owned. “This action began to be designed when the accused realized that the victim was preparing a trip to the United States of America and, on the fateful day, the accused made a telephone call to the victim to arrange a meeting at the residence in question.

When the victim arrived, she and her accomplices surprised her in the corridor where one of the criminals, in possession of a cloth containing tear gas, covered her mouth and nostrils, causing her to faint”, he says. They later removed the house keys and, once inside, tied the victim’s upper and lower limbs with plastic clamps and, using a pillow, tried to asphyxiate the victim. However, the accused placed a plastic brace around her neck and, in agony, the unfortunate woman tried to fight for her life, she bit her on the arm and she, in fury, took an ax and struck her in the cranial region, which caused immediate death.

They burned the lady to eliminate evidence

The bedpan, in order to get rid of the evidence of the crime, removed from her bag a 50 ml bottle containing gasoline-type fuel, poured it onto the mattress where the victim’s body was located, as well as into the AC, to simulate that the fire was caused by a short circuit. Upon retreat, these criminals stole a chest containing several gold jewelry, a BFA Multi-Cashier card with a value of 7 million and 900 thousand kwanzas and four cell phones from different brands. To pay her accomplices, the accused used the stolen Multicaixa card, withdrawing four million kwanzas, through Automatic Payment Terminals (TPA), at fuel pumps and at the Congolese Market.
