Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of the Official Secret Act Special Court issued an order for the hearing to be held yesterday in relation to the cipher case, in which it has been said that when the hearing of the case began, no senior lawyer appeared in the court on behalf of the accused. happened The hearing of the case was resumed at 12.30 pm even then no senior counsel appeared.

In its order, the court said that in view of the facts and circumstances, several opportunities were provided to the lawyers of the accused. This court is left with no option but to appoint a State Defense Council for the accused. Advocate General Islamabad has been asked for a list of lawyers through email to appoint State Defense Counsel to represent the accused.
The order further stated that a reply was given by letter from the office of Advocate General Islamabad. In which Advocate General Islamabad provided the names of qualified lawyers, who will now represent the case of accused founder PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

In its order, the court said that Malik Abdul Rehman Advocate has been appointed as State Defense Council for founder PTI while Hazrat Yunus Advocate has been appointed as State Defense Council for Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
