In the judicial complex of Islamabad, the hearing of the cipher case was held in the court of Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain, in which the lawyers of chairman PTI and FIA special prosecutors appeared in the court.

At the beginning of the hearing, the lawyer Safi Salman Safdar said that the trial of the cipher case is scheduled for hearing today. We are hoping that Imran Khan will be produced. He has not been produced in the court yet. The case was never run on speed.

Superintendent Adiala Jail wrote a letter to the court which was read by FIA Special Prosecutor Shah Khawar.

In the letter, it is said that PTI Chairman cannot be produced in the court due to security reasons, Islamabad Police has written a letter for additional security, it was told that PTI Chairman has serious security concerns.

Superintendent Adiala Jail has also attached the report of Islamabad Police with the jail report.

In the letter of SP Adiala Jail, the lawyer Safai said that there was no terrorist incident in Islamabad, Chairman PTI will have to appear in the court today. Chairman PTI was not presented, I have appeared in court with Imran Khan in 50 to 60 cases.

Salman Safdar said that what kind of sabotage has taken place that Chairman PTI was not brought to the court, I had seen signs in the morning that he should not be brought, the superintendent of Adiala Jail has acted against the Islamabad High Court and your decision.

Lawyer Salman Safdar said that it is on your order that Chairman PTI be brought to court, you are also surprised, we are also surprised and the prosecution is also surprised.

Meanwhile, lawyer Salman Safdar asked to read the letter of SP Adiala Jail, on which the judge said that see the first page, other pages are confidential.

Lawyer Salman Safdar requested PTI chairman to appear in court by 2 o’clock, on which the judge said that he will pass an order on the matter.

Later, after hearing the arguments of the parties, the court reserved the decision regarding the appearance of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood, which was now pronounced.

The court gave its verdict about an hour later and said that in the light of the security report of Superintendent Adiala Jail, the trial will be held in the jail which will be open, those who wish to hear the case hearing will not be stopped, journalists will also be allowed to hear the Cyphercase hearing.

It should be noted that the Islamabad High Court had annulled the jail trial of the cipher case against Imran Khan.
