maracaibo.– The director of the Scientific, Criminal and Forensic Investigation Corps (Cicpc), Douglas Rico, confirmed that one of those involved in the attack on the supermarket Samba Latino from Maracaibo is Khaled Rangel Montiel, 48, an active aeronautical firefighter at La Chinita International Airport.
