Cicpc captured two false dentists

A considerable amount of tools associated with dentistry were seized.

A commission of the Investigations, Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistics Corps (Cicpc) found the capture of two suspects of the crime of usurpation as false dentists.

After an investigation, the police forces traveled to the La Bombita sector, in Miranda, where they took J. Chirinos, 32, and E. Salas, 34, into custody.

The duo offered services for orthodontics and dental technicians, so that at very low costs the victims went to the site that did not have the proper permits.

The authorities specified that the place was unhealthy and “without conditions” for medical practice.

As evidence, different materials were seized, such as nine dental prostheses, 10 boxes of acrylic resin teeth, a roll of dental wire, three drills, acrylic resin, and a number of other tools associated with the practice of dentistry.

The director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, explained that the criminals were “putting the health of the people who came to the place at risk.”
