Cicpc captured Chilean for shoplifting

He had a record in Siipol for theft, resistance to authority, possession and retention of a firearm.

After a process in which several spoken portraits were analyzed, the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) was able to find the capture of a citizen with a Chilean passport, who was dedicated to the robbery of businesses in Carabobo.

Officials in the Las Acacias municipal delegation managed to arrest and found that CA Seguel Espinoza, 57, proceeded to enter the commercial premises and then seize valuable merchandise.

Espinoza sold the stolen clothes before being taken into custody in the Simón Bolívar community of Naguanagua, Carabobo.

At the moment, the Police Investigation and Information System (Siipol) might be verified.

The records showed that the citizen presents records for generic theft, resistance to authority, possession, retention and concealment of a firearm.

The Fourth Prosecutor of the Public Ministry (MP), the entity in charge of the legal process, is processing the case.
