Both men who attacked a family on Avenida Río Churubusco were transferred to east prison early this Thursday accused of four crimes allegedly committed: threats, carrying an object suitable for assault, carrying a firearm, once morest health and bribery.
According to police reports, Manuel ‘N’, 71, and his son, Jesus ‘N’, tried to bribe the authorities to let them go free, but they only generated one more crime than those already committed by beating and intimidate three people, including a minor.

They are accused of threats and carrying a firearm.

In addition to the two men, Manuel’s wife and mother of Jesús was also transferred to a detention center, but in her case to the Santa Martha Acatitla prison.
It is not the first time that motorists have been attacked.
After discovering the video of the assaultanother person identified the subjects as their aggressors in a road incident that occurred in Inner Circuit.
-Do you recognize these aggressors of the Internal Circuit and have you decided to denounce them?
“Yes, well, here I came to fulfill my duty as a citizen so that this type of case does not go unpunished, it is not cool that this type of person is outside and that they do not receive any punishment.
-How were the events? Do you recognize them as the aggressors to your person, to your heritage?
“I recognize them, in September of last year they attacked me on the Internal Circuit in the same way as how it appears in the video, they close me, the big man gets off, hits me with a cane, then the son gets off, hits me on the windows, they close me And, well, they attack me, they break my windows and I have no choice but to run away”.
The affected person asserts in a video that he feared for his life when he saw the attacks, since he was also traveling with his mother and sister, so he decided to avoid the conflict and flee.
