Christophe Collignon, Walloon Minister in charge of Housing and Local Authorities, was the guest of Bel RTL morning this Monday. Questioned by Martin Buxant about the polls unfavorable to the PS in Wallonia (loss of 4% of voting intentions in three months, editor’s note), he first qualified their scope. “A poll is about measuring opinion over a given moment. And there is a margin of error of 3% in this type of poll. The real poll is the election”, he replied.
Christophe Collignon then addressed the rivalry exerted by the PTB, whose polls show an increase in voting intentions. “The question that must be asked is: the person who wants to vote on the left, will they vote usefully for a party which repeatedly declares that it does not want to go to power, this who means that there will be no well-being or policies carried out in its favor? This is the real debate for people who wish to vote on the left.”
