In a public interview organized Wednesday morning by the Bloomberg agency on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos (WEF), the President of the European Central Bank (ECB) considered it possible that a reduction in European key rates would take place this summer. “I would say it’s likely,” she said. But I must remain reserved, because there is still a level of uncertainty and certain indicators are not at the expected level. From tomorrow, the governors of the ECB must observe a total reserve on the subject until their next meeting scheduled for March.
