  • «Don’t worry, be Hänni» – that’s the name of Luca and Christina Hänni’s joint podcast.
  • In the current episode they talk regarding cheating – and whether they will show their baby on social networks.
  • Showing her child’s face is a no-go for Christina Hänni.

Christina and Luca Hänni will become parents for the first time in spring 2024. The professional dancer and the singer have not yet revealed exactly when their baby will be born. It is also not known whether it will be a girl or a boy.

The Hännis are thinking a lot regarding their baby’s future. One of them is dealing with social media. The couple talks regarding this in their podcast “Don’t worry, be Hänni”.

The two want to live as normal a family life as possible in their home country – even in public. This also includes going to the supermarket with the child. “We want normality with the child,” said the professional dancer.

Luca Hänni is often asked whether he will show his child

They emphasize that they feel very comfortable in their home in Thun and that the people here are “very understanding and nice” – and that they are therefore not worried regarding how people will react to them and their child.

The topic of social media and television looks different – because this publicity affects your job. Luca Hänni says: “I’m always approached by a lot of people who say and write: ‘I hope you show your child.'” He understands that, but it’s still a “difficult question.”

Christina Hänni has “a clear opinion” on this, as she says. She thinks social media isn’t always a nice place – and you can’t filter who views the content there.

Christina Hänni takes a critical view of social media

“If you put your child on the Internet – I assume 99 percent are benevolent towards the child.” But the other one percent worries her. “This one percent looks at your child completely differently and also uses the pictures for other things.”

This gives her “unbelievable stomach pains”. Luca Hänni says he probably would have posted something quicker because he was “so proud”. “But we have a responsibility now.”

The Hännis have probably not yet found a final solution. Christina Hänni’s taboo: showing her child’s face. Luca Hänni makes a compromise suggestion for what they might show on social media: a little toe.
