Christian Gonzales (born June 28, 2002) is an American football player of Colombian descent. He was born in Carrollton, Texas, United States. Currently, he plays cornerback, or cornerback, in the New England Patriots.

Christian Gonzales is a native of Carrollton, Texas and He comes from a family with a great sports tradition and Colombian roots. The player was born in Carrollton, Texas, but grew up in The Colony, where he attended high school. The Colony High School. During his time at the school, González proved to be a talented cornerback and wide receiver. Despite his initial desire to join the Purdue University football team, upon graduation he decided to attend the University of Colorado.
In 2020, González began his career with the Colorado Buffaloes football team following joining the University of Colorado. He surprised everyone by becoming the starting cornerback, even as a rookie, and started in every game this season, making 25 tackles and deflecting 5 passes.
In his sophomore year, González continued his impressive performance, recording 53 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and five passes defensed. However, he decided to change universities and in 2022 he joined the Oregon Ducks of the University of Oregon.
There, he had an incredible season, racking up 45 tackles, 7 passes defensed, and 3 interceptions, which led to his first-team All-Pac-12 selection. Following the season, González opted to forfeit his remaining two years of eligibility to participate in the 2023 NFL Draft.
