Chris Paul has passed the 2,500 career interceptions mark

Tonight was party time in Phoenix. Nothing to do with the Superbowl or with our editor who is currently spending an evening on a farm in Arizona, here we are talking more about basketball and a new victory for the Suns.

New victory for the Suns – against the Nets – and triple good news. 1) Deandre Ayton was monstrous in the racket (35 points and 14 rebounds at 14/18 shooting), 2) Devin Booker returned after a month and a half of absence and 3) Chris Paul therefore passed the bar symbolic of the 2500 career interceptions, it’s starting to make a lot of braquos.

An interception to validate to reach this milestone, five in total tonight, and here is CP3 only ten small units from a certain Michael Jordan and his third place, a rank he should logically reach in three or four matches, having recently reached the podium of the best passers in history, because, yes, Chris Paul may not have won a ring but Chris Paul’s CV puts misery at 95% of the CVs of the basketball planet.

Things are going better in Phoenix, thanks to a ninth victory in eleven games obtained thanks to a finally complete roster. The following ? Preheating for the Playoffs to avoid a rout in May, but that’s another story.
