Chris Masters: Look, it’s the dream, man. That’s where I made a name for myself, where I learned and grew. There’s a certain magic to being in that WWE Universe. The fans, the stage, the production – it’s something special. It’s hard to let go of that completely.

Archyde: From your viewpoint, what are the biggest obstacles standing between you and a potential return?

Chris Masters: Honestly, it’s tough to say. The WWE landscape has changed so much as I was last there. The styles, the stories, even the roster. I feel like I could step into the ring and still deliver, but the question is, is there a place for me? Is there a story they want to tell that I fit into?

Archyde: You mentioned the love-hate relationship with wrestling. Can you elaborate on that?

Chris Masters: It’s demanding, both physically and emotionally. You pour your heart and soul into it, but sometimes it feels like it takes more than it gives. There are times when you’re on top of the world,and then there are times when you’re questioning everything. But through it all, the passion never really dies. It’s like a fire that keeps burning.
