‘Choose love in a world full of hate’, Mahira’s response to Firdous Jamal’s criticism

Actress Mahira Khan has expressed a positive reaction to the criticism of TV actor Firdous Jamal.

Last week on a private channel, actor Firdous Jamal criticized Mahira and said that ‘Whether anyone likes it or not, Mahira Khan is not heroine stuff, she is an average model, she is not a good actress and not a good heroine either. Sorry for the two, firstly she is older, that means there are no heroines at that age but mother roles are played’.

In such a situation, many showbiz personalities and fans supported and encouraged Mahira on social media, but the actress remained silent on it.

However, Mahira Khan has now broken her silence and shared a positive post on social media in which she has thanked all the people who responded to her criticism and supported her immensely.

Mahira Khan writes that I didn’t ask anyone to support me but the way everyone supported me made me more special.

She said that as an artist I am proud of my industry, I am grateful to my senior artists for paving the way for many people like me.

The actress said, “I can proudly say that I did what I thought was right and never allowed myself to be a victim of what others thought was right for me.”

Responding to the criticism, Mahira wrote that in this hateful world, choose love, tolerate others’ opinions and fight against ideologies.

The actress further wrote that this thought of a successful woman is not fear but it is a beauty and independence.

In the end, Mahira writes that stop pointing fingers at each other so that our country and industry can develop like no one has done.

It should be noted that these days Mahira Khan is busy promoting her new film ‘Superstar’ in which she will be seen for the first time with actor Bilal Ashraf.

The film ‘Superstar’ will hit the theaters on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
