Choi Byung-chan posted a handwritten letter on his Instagram on the 20th.

Previously, on the same day, IST Entertainment announced, “Victon members Do Han-se, Choi Byung-chan, and Su-bin Su have terminated their management duties with the company as their exclusive contracts expired as of today.”
