Ingredients:
– 300 gr of Oreo cookies
– 225 gr of cream cheese
– 225 gr of dark chocolate
– 225 gr of white chocolate
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Preparation
To begin, we will separate the cookies, leaving the cream aside and leaving only the base of the Oreos. Next, with the help of a processor, we will pulverize the cookies until very small pieces remain. We put them in a bowl and add the cream cheese, with the help of a spatula we mix until we have a homogeneous mass.
Once the dough is ready, we make regarding 8 balls and shape it into an egg. We can help ourselves with an ice cream spoon or simply do it with our hands.
The next step will be to put the eggs on a tray covered with baking paper. Then we leave them in the refrigerator to harden. Meanwhile, we melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and once melted we add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. We mix.
With the help of a skewer or a fork, pierce the eggs and dip them in the chocolate until they are completely covered. We let the eggs rest on a baking tray and put them back in the refrigerator for regarding 20 minutes so that the chocolate hardens.

To decorate them, once hardened, we melt the white chocolate also in a double boiler and place it in a pastry bag where we will make a small hole in the tip to be able to decorate the eggs as desired. For the decoration to dry, we put the eggs in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
