China plans to launch three unmanned missions to the moon over the next 10 years, as it seeks to compete with the United States in the new era of space exploration.

Today, Saturday, Bloomberg Agency quoted Liu Zhizhong, an official with the Chinese Lunar Exploration and Space Program, as saying that the China National Space Administration, equivalent to the US Space and Aviation Agency (NASA), has obtained approval to send three orbital vehicles to the moon within the framework of the Chang’e lunar program, According to China TV A.

The Chinese National Space Administration and the China Atomic Energy Commission announced on Friday that Chinese scientists have discovered a new lunar metal by examining samples brought by the Chinese lunar probe “Chang’e-5” from the moon.
