China detects strange object in the sky

The unidentified object was discovered in the waters near the port city of Qingdao and was regarding to be shot down by China.

On February 12, the Oceanic Development Bureau of Ximo District, Qingdao sent out a message warning fishermen in Rizhao waters regarding an unidentified flying object, according to the report. Paper.

The agency said fishermen need to pay attention to safety when operating at sea.

“The specific location of the object is 35 degrees 37 minutes north latitude, 120 degrees 51 minutes east longitude. If there is an object that falls near the fishing vessel, please assist in taking pictures to collect evidence. If there are conditions, please support the salvage”, the message read.

An agency official said it had not been informed what the object was. The relevant forces prepare to shoot down the object.

This month, the US and Canada shot down three airborne objects. An object identified as a Chinese hot air balloon.

China claims the balloon is only a civilian device “mainly serving the meteorological industry”, straying from the original route. However, officials in Washington insist the balloon is a spy device deployed by Beijing.
