The Chinese economy is strongly slowed down by the anti-Covid measures. After the partial lifting of restrictions in Shanghai, and 33 support measures announced a few days ago, Beijing is this time asking public banks to release the equivalent of 113 billion euros in loans to strengthen infrastructure.
