Childhood dream .. Messi’s meeting with his former colleague reveals his next team

It has become known that Lionel Messi will play a charity match in Rosario next June, with many reports circulating suggesting that the Argentine football legend may eventually return to his country to wear the shirt of his boyhood club, Newell’s Old Boys.

The Argentine public wants Messi to end his career with one of the Argentine league clubs, although the Paris Saint-Germain player seems to be completing his career in Europe for years to come, but the Argentines do not rule out seeing their legend play in the local league.

With reports spreading in the Argentine media about a charity match in which Lionel Messi could participate next summer, at the Marcelo Bielsa stadium, the current Paris Saint-Germain player is supposed to come to participate in Maxi Rodriguez’s farewell, and the match is currently scheduled for June 16 after the end of European competitions.

A meeting between former Paris Saint-Germain and Roma player Gabriel Heinz and Messi was also leaked on December 20 in the neighborhood where Lionel lives. The pair had been friends since their years together early in his career at Newell’s Old Boys, but Haynes is now Newell’s manager.

And according to the Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo”, the meetings in the days that came after Argentina’s coronation in the World Cup are a prelude to fulfilling Leo’s dream of returning to his childhood club.
