Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa has written a letter to the President, Chairman HEC and Federal Ministry of Education regarding the mismanagement of International Islamic University.
The Chief Justice has written in his letter that the International Islamic University has lost international standards due to mismanagement.
In the letter, he says that Islamic values have also disappeared in the International Islamic University due to years of mismanagement. On my request, after 3 years, the President asked to call a meeting of the board members on November 30.
The Chief Justice says in the letter that the vice president of the university, Nabi Bakhsh Jumani, has not even replied to my 2 letters, the letters related to the administration of the university on September 22 and October 13 have not been answered yet.
In the letter, the Chief Justice of Pakistan has said that non-response to the letters is regrettable that the Vice President wants to cover up the wrongdoings.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa has raised objection in his letter that the appointment of Nabi Bakhsh Jumani was for 3 years but he is still in office.
He has demanded that the board of trustees should call a meeting to review the administrative matters of the university, the appointment of the vice president and my letters should also be placed before the meeting.
