Mr. Stirnimann, you recently presented a report according to which the federal government is spending too much money on small solar systems. What do you have against people who own their own homes?
It’s not about punishing anyone, it’s about how to make the best possible impact with every dollar of tax. We have shown that in recent years there has been an increase in small solar systems in particular, but that the large systems could make a higher energy contribution per franc of subsidies. That doesn’t mean, however, that small investments should no longer be subsidised.
