Firefighters are working on the emergency, at least two sources of fire can be seen in the hills.
Around 3:00 p.m. This followingnoon a fire started in grasslands in the highest area of Piedra Roja, on the side of the Pie Andino road that connects Colina with the commune of Lo Barnechea.
Colina – Lampa Firefighters have already declared a 2nd alarm for a forest fire and Conaf is expected to arrive at the scene.

4:45 p.m. At least 4 helicopters and one plane join in the fight once morest the forest fire that is still active in the Pie Andino sector.
