The Chicago White Medals are willing to be a selling team before the trade deadline imposed for this Tuesday and that is why they have placed Luis Robert Jr. on the market, one of their best pieces in this 2023 campaign.
Ken Rosenthal, of The Athletic, reported that both Dylan Cease and Robert Jr. are on the table in negotiations prior to August 1, the date on which negotiations end in the Major Leagues.

Robert Jr. is living his best season since he made his Major League debut with a .269/.323/.559 offensive line with 29 home runs and 60 RBIs, numbers that allowed him to participate in his first All-Star Game.
Cease, while not having a great season like 2022, is 4-4 with a 4.15 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP with 143 strikeouts in 119.1 innings pitched.
The White Sox are listening on Dylan Cease & everyone else on their roster, according to @Ken_Rosenthal.

Cuban Robert Jr. is under contract through 2027 with the White Sox and would be an interesting piece of material for the future, as the Chicago team has had another disappointing season with a 44-64 record in the penultimate place in their division, in another season for oblivion.
