The measure was taken following learning of a forceful measure that includes mobilization to the Mataderos stadium by UTEDYC affiliates due to a labor conflict with the Chicago club.

Consequently, the Committee requested the rescheduling of the game until the conditions with the UTEDyC employees are regularized, because this situation prevents the planned operation from being carried out. “We ask to move the date because the conflict between UTEDYC and Nueva Chicago makes the planning and the correct implementation and performance of the device inapplicable so that the meeting takes place without complications, neither inside nor in the vicinity of the stadium,” explained Guillermo Madero, director executive of the City Football Security Committee.
