Chet Asia filed IPO 562 million shares – enter the SET to buy debt – as working capital : InfoQuest

Chet Asia PCL filed a registration statement (filing) with the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for initial public offering (IPO), total amount not Over 562,000,000 shares, representing not more than 28.3% of the total issued and paid-up ordinary shares following this offering and will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) with Kasikorn Securities as a financial advisor.

For the shares offered at this time, they are divided into (a) newly-issued ordinary shares offered for sale by the Company in the amount of not more than 417,000,000 shares and (b) the number of existing ordinary shares offered by R Alliance Company Limited. Not more than 145,000,000 shares

Chet Asia engages in the business of debt collection and collection services. Asset management business from the transfer of non-performing assets and credit business The objective of this fundraising is to be used to buy non-performing assets in the future and to use as working capital.
