The mansion of Cher is once once more on the market. She wants to sell her villa at 75 million dollars instead of 85 million dollars, the initial price (announcement last October), i.e. a reduction of 10 million dollars, let it be known Mansion Global. The pop icon had acquired the property in 1989 for $2.95 million and transformed it into an Italian-inspired villa in 1999. Built on nearly 7000 square meters, the property is located on the seafront. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean. In addition to a courtyard and a fountain, the grounds are dotted with 40 palm trees.
