Chemo Ruiz was the guest of the recent ‘Fe de Cuto’ program, the former soccer player spoke regarding his beginnings with the ball, the teams he played for and the different anecdotes he experienced during his sports career.
However, at the end of the interview, Chemo talked regarding the process he went through during his separation with Dorita Orbegoso, his ex-wife. As is known, the comic actress and the athlete announced their separation in 2011.
After more than 10 years, Chemo broke his silence and said that the breakup was due to distance: “Yes, I separated. The problems began due to distance and there came a time when he might no longer play. I think it was one of the last years that I played in first class, one of the best I had, in Commerce.”
“Uribe took from me what I had lost and was calling for a return to the national team. I was 32 years old. The problem was not when I played, but everything else, I lived alone there, training, playing, everything was fine, the problem was followingwards.”
