It’s an even game for long stretches at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening. But Chelsea have something that Newcastle are missing this evening: Cole Palmer. The unpredictable offensive player is always good for a moment of surprise and initiated the 3-2 home win for the southwest Londoners with his preparation for the 1-0 by Nicolas Jackson in the sixth minute of the game.

It is also Palmer who restores the lead after Isak’s equalizer. With a powerful left-footed shot from the edge of the penalty area, he caught Newcastle goalie Dubravka in the right corner.
