Chelsea sweep Southampton with a six, and Arsenal fall

Chelsea regained its balance and swept its host Southampton 6-0 today, Saturday, in the thirty-second stage of the English Premier League.

In other matches, Manchester United and Arsenal suffered a sudden loss, as the first fell at Everton Stadium 0-1, and Arsenal lost to its guest Brighton 1-2, while Leeds United won its host Watford 3-0.

And at St. Mary’s Stadium, Chelsea won in the first half, ending it with four goals, before scoring two more goals in the second half.

Spanish Marcos Alonso opened the scoring for Chelsea in the eighth minute, then Mason Mount added the second goal in the 16th minute, and German Timo Werner scored the third goal in the 21st minute, and ten minutes later the other German Kai Havertz scored the fourth goal for the guest team.

In the second half, Werner scored his second and fifth goal for Chelsea in the 49th minute, then Mont scored his second and sixth goal for Chelsea in the 54th minute.

Chelsea won their first victory following two consecutive losses at home once morest Brentford 4-1 in the English Premier League and once morest Real Madrid 3-1 in the Champions League.

Chelsea raised its score to 62 points in third place, while Southampton’s balance stopped at 36 points in thirteenth place.
