Chelsea lost to Tottenham again, Coach Potter can hold… England

(PLO) – Arsenal legend Ray Parlor has suggested Chelsea manager under fire, Graham Potter, might lead the next England national team if he leaves Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have been in poor form this season as their form cannot justify spending more than £600m on 17 players since last summer.

‘Ronaldo made his teammates at Al Nassr do nothing’

(PLO)- Al Nassr star Abdullah Madu has explained how the arrival of superstar striker Cristiano Ronaldo has raised the bar at the Saudi Pro League club.

Chelsea are facing many difficulties on the Premier League table with 8 wins and many losses following 23 matches this season. Recently, the West London team lost 0-1 to 20th-ranked Southampton in a disappointing home match and the latest fell to Tottenham.

Despite their rather dismal campaign this season, numerous reports suggest that Potter is still supported by the team’s leadership. Speaking of the English coach, Parlor told aceodds.com: “We all know, in football, you don’t last long, especially at big clubs like Chelsea. I’m glad they came out. and said “look, we’ll give Potter another chance.” Personally, I don’t think they keep cutting and changing managers, who will be ready for this position following Potter? big question”.

He added of former Blues manager Thomas Tuchel, who was replaced by Potter last September: “People can argue, why did Chelsea get rid of Thomas Tuchel? We don’t know what happened. It happened behind the scenes, but for sure, I hope Potter gets a little more chance and he’ll be able to do well. There’s a very good chance he can become England manager in the future. know”.

Parlor added: “Chelsea have said they have a long partnership with Graham Potter. Do you think that’s possible given the club’s culture, where they expect immediate success? Well, you definitely have to give it a go. “He’s got a chance. I know the Premier League is terrible.”

Former Arsenal player Parlor believes Potter’s appointment at Stamford Bridge following his departure from the role of Brighton & Hove Albion is a big change for the England manager. The former Gunners player insists Potter has done his best at the west London side above expectations during his time in charge of Brighton.

He concluded: “The problem you have with the fans is that they’re really impatient. Potter has taken a big step forward once morest Brighton. So it’s Chelsea that’s a completely different team. At Brighton, you can lose two or three games and the audience will ignore it, then you win the next match and you’ll be fine.

But at Chelsea, expectations are high. You want to challenge the top 4, not only that, but also try to challenge the title. But I also feel sorry for Potter, because they bought a lot of players. You have to give Potter a chance to create the right lineup. I don’t think he knows his best squad, that’s the big deal.”

Chelsea signed eight players in the January transfer window alone. However, the Blues have only won one win in the last 11 matches in all competitions.
