Chelsea and Tottenham hit hard and a sudden loss for Manchester and Arsenal

London – Chelsea regained its balance and swept its host Southampton 6-0 today, Saturday, in the 32nd round of the English Premier League.

In other matches, Tottenham swept its host Aston Villa 4-0, and Manchester United and Arsenal suffered a sudden loss, as the first fell at Everton 0-1, and Arsenal lost to its guest Brighton 1-2, while Leeds United won its host Watford 3-0.

And at St. Mary’s Stadium, Chelsea won in the first half, ending it with four goals, before scoring two more goals in the second half.

Spanish Marcos Alonso opened the scoring for Chelsea in the eighth minute, then Mason Mount added the second goal in the 16th minute, and German Timo Werner scored the third goal in the 21st minute, and ten minutes later the other German Kai Havertz scored the fourth goal for the guest team.

In the second half, Werner scored his second and fifth goal for Chelsea in the 49th minute, then Mont scored his second and sixth goal for Chelsea in the 54th minute.

Chelsea won their first victory following two consecutive losses at home once morest Brentford 4-1 in the English Premier League and once morest Real Madrid 3-1 in the Champions League.

Chelsea raised its score to 62 points in third place, while Southampton’s balance stopped at 36 points in thirteenth place.

At Villa Park, South Korean star Heung-Min Son scored three goals (hat-trick) to lead Tottenham to sweep Aston Villa by four.

And at Goodison Park, Everton scored an important victory in its quest to avoid relegation, by defeating its guest, Manchester United, with a 1-0 win.

The only goal of the match came in the 27th minute when Anthony Gordon hit a powerful ball that hit Harry Maguire, Manchester United defender and hugged the net.

Everton raised its score to 28 points in 17th place, fourth from the bottom, achieving its eighth victory in the league this season, compared to a loss in 18 games and a draw in four.

On the other hand, Manchester United’s balance stopped at 51 points in seventh place, receiving its eighth loss in the league this season, compared to winning 14 games and drawing in nine games.

At the Emirates Stadium, Brighton defeated Arsenal with two goals signed by Leandro and Enoch Moibo Trossard in the 29th and 67th minutes, once morest a goal by Martin Odegaard one minute before the end.

The win raised Brighton’s balance to 37 points in eleventh place, and Arsenal’s balance stopped at 54 points in fifth place.

At Vicarage Road, Leeds United beat Watford with three goals without a response.

Rafinha advanced with a Leeds goal in the 21st minute, then Rodrigo added the second goal in the 73rd minute, and Jack Harrison secured the third goal in the 85th minute.

The win raised Leeds’ tally to 33 points in 16th place, and Watford’s balance stopped at 22 points in the penultimate position.
