That’s because the difference in flavor is pretty big. Of course, the simplified version is delicious, but this new version tastes like cheese bread from the farm.
This happens because in this version we include more ingredients, which end up bringing even more flavor to your bread. So test and tell me!
Which cheeses to put on my cheese bread?
Certainly one of the great secrets of a good cheese bread is the choice of cheeses. That is, the tastier your cheese is, the tastier your bun will be.
Around here we really like to use a good cured cheese, but we don’t always find it and that’s why we usually resort to a mixture of cheeses to bring more flavor.
For example, in this recipe, in addition to mozzarella, we also include parmesan, which brings a more marked and salty flavor.
Tips for making your own cheese bread
Yes, this recipe is super easy to make, but I’m sure some tips will help you make the most perfect cheese bread you’ve ever tasted!
- choice of starch – In this version we only use sweet sprinkles, but you can choose to use only the sour one, which will make your bread crispier and less dense, or a mixture of the 2 types;
- Warm milk – It may seem like a simple detail, but the hot liquid will help to scald your starch and bring even more flavor to your recipe;
- amount of salt – Before adding the amount of salt, it is important to understand how salty your cheeses are. In this way, there is no danger of over-salting, but at the same time, remember that even with the most salty cheeses, salt is essential to enhance the flavors;
- Grease your molds well – This dough is very soft, that is, it is not possible to shape it by hand. That way, you will need molds to bake your breads. In order not to have problems when unmolding, grease your molds well;
- Let it cool down a bit before unmolding. – Even when greasing, they don’t always come off so easily. To help, let it cool down a bit and use a spatula to loosen it carefully.
