The Family Allowance is a subsidy that entitles you to receive, for each accredited family dependent, a sum of money that varies according to the salary of the beneficiary. Payment of the Family Allowance is made monthly to pensioners and dependent workers affiliated with a pension system (AFP and former pension funds, merged into the Social Security Institute, IPS). Freelancers receive the money once a year.

How do I know if I can access any of the bonuses?
To do so, BancoEstado has a platform where you can check if you have already received one of them, and if you have to collect it, or if you might eventually make an application.
In this regard, the bank indicated that the site “Only reports pending bonuses for face-to-face collection”
In addition, they point out that if you had already applied to any of them and it was already deposited in your CuentaRUT, then it will not appear in the displayed information.
Paso 1
Go to the BancoEstado website at the following link: CLICK HERE
On that page, you’ll click the yellow “Consult” button at the bottom.
Paso 2
Once inside, you will receive the following information:
Read the message and click “continue”.
Paso 3
Then you will reach the last part where you will be asked to enter your RUT, without dots or hyphens, and you will have to pass the “I am not a robot” security test.
After entering the information, you will click “Continue”. You will reach the final part where the platform will tell you whether or not you are a beneficiary of any help.
Finally we leave the site available to you.
