iOS/iPadOS 15 and macOS Monterey 12 brought many new features to iPhones/iPads and Macs. Check if the feature is enabled. From iPhone/iPad, open Settings, go to FaceTime » SharePlay and see if it is turned on; on Mac, open FaceTime, go to FaceTime » Settings… on the menu bar, click on the “SharePlay” tab and check if it is active. Make sure the app in question supports SharePlay. Among them are the native Apple TV, Music and Podcasts apps, as well as big names like Disney+, HBO Max, TikTok, Paramount+ and Twitch.
