O AssistiveTouch is one of the most well-known accessibility features for users of Apple operating systems. Through it, you can use features such as increasing/decreasing the volume, restarting the device and even locking the screen, for example.

- Try resetting AssistiveTouch. To do this, open Settings and go to Accessibility » Touch » AssistiveTouch. Under “Customize Main Menu”, select “Reset…”.
- Turn AssistiveTouch off and back on to see if the issue persists or is resolved.
- Make sure the “Opacity When Idle” option (available in the same area as AssistiveTouch) is not set too far to the left, as this can make the feature button difficult to see.
- Check if the iPhone or iPad screen is working normally. If you use a film, try removing it or follow these steps.
- Try restarting your iPhone/iPad and see if that helps.
- If you still can’t use it, try restoring the device to factory settings.
