Honored Artist of Russia Lyudmila Krylova turned 84 a week ago. She is well known to the Russians not only as Tabakov’s first wife, but also as a great actress – she starred in the films “Peers”, “Volunteers” and many others.
Usually Krylova is extremely rarely published, but for the sake of opening the theatrical season in her native Sovremennik, where she has been serving for almost 65 years, she made an exception. The actress practically does not give interviews. According to rumors, she decided to completely abandon communication with the press following a painful divorce from Tabakov, who cheated on her with Marina Zudina and eventually left the family.
In a conversation with journalists of the program “You won’t believe!” the star admitted that she always keeps away from the hectic theater life. Colleagues often arrange small parties following performances, but Lyudmila Ivanovna hurries home at these moments.
According to the artist, she does not suffer from loneliness. She is adored by children – son Anton and daughter Alexandra. Regularly Krylova herself, despite her impressive age, gets behind the wheel of a car.
Interestingly, the 56-year-old daughter of Alexander, like her mother, does not please the public with her appearance. But Anton Tabakov is the only one who attends all events dedicated to his legendary father.
Krylova shared that the children might not come to her birthday, but she treats with understanding – everyone has their own busy life. Moreover, the heirs congratulated their mother on the phone.
