Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Che Róga Porã program adds two new housing projects to its range of real estate proposals for citizens, through its innovative web platform. Urba del Bosque – Tarumandy, in Luque, and Che Róga 2, in Capiatá, are now available for those interested in purchasing a house at rental prices.
The Urba del Bosque – Tarumandy project has 22 houses and is presented by the firm Propio SAE. Each of the houses, with a dimension of 40 m2, consists of two bedrooms, entrance hall, living room, kitchen, family bathroom and laundry room.
For its part, the Che Róga 2 Project, by the firm AGG Constructora, offers 20 houses with one or two bedrooms, a living room – kitchen – dining room and garage.
All units are available to interested families who meet the requirements to access the loans granted by the financial institutions participating in the program.
Currently, there are a total of 20 real estate projects available on the web platform.
The Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat (MUVH) reminds that when 80% of the pre-sale of a real estate project is completed, a trust is established between the developer, the financial institution and an insurance company, thereby guaranteeing that the disbursement of the loan for which the beneficiary will pay will be in accordance with the progress of the construction.
The Che Róga Porã Program is an initiative of the Executive that aims to facilitate access to decent housing for middle-income families, through loans of up to 400,000,000 guaraníes, with a historical rate of 6.5% and a term of 30 years.
Applications through the platform www.cherogapora.gov.py were enabled on July 12, 2024.
