Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Gustavo Villate, highlighted the work carried out so that the platform www.cherogapora.gov.py facilitate in a quick and safe way the process of searching for and acquiring one’s own home, which is the objective of the program launched today by the Government.
“The idea is that this is practically in real time, that the process is agile, that the result is really given to the citizen,” said Minister Villate regarding the platform that will allow citizens to acquire their own home at historic interest rates of 6.5% and payment terms of up to 30 years.
The minister stressed that in order to make this platform available to citizens, work was done on digital processes to optimize transparency from the developers, auditors and the model itself that was applied to ensure that citizens really have a quality home.
“We are also working on the citizen experience from a technological perspective, on how to continue improving that experience,” said the minister, highlighting that the Che Róga Porâ platform is accessible from any device connected to the Internet.
He pointed out that if the applicant does not meet all the requirements for the acquisition of the home, the platform itself will provide the applicant with the tools to adjust and complete the acquisition process.
With the contribution provided to the development of this program, Mitic is fulfilling this articulating role, “where we work with the different ministries, with the different institutions to improve and optimize all the services that must be provided so that the citizen can really receive these services,” said the minister.
“This is the advantage that technology gives you and in general that is what we are looking for,” he said.
