From now on, and to obtain assistance in the event of a problem with your Playstation console, players will have three means at their disposal. First, you can go to l’Assistance Playstation. You will find many online help articles dedicated to different categories as :

  • Subscriptions
  • Jeux
  • Materials and repairs
  • Security

The second option is to go to the official Playstation Support YouTube pagewhere players can find different tutorial videos like “Problems with payment methods” or “Set a spending limit for a child on PS5″ for example.

It is also possible access the online Playstation Assistant from which you can enter into conversation with a chatbot. Be careful though, this chatbot is only used to reset the password of your Playstation account. If you want to chat with a Sony technician, you will now have to call playstation customer service by phone on 01 70 70 07 78 (available Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.).
